I used the following items to make this bag:

Mini Treat Bag Thinlits # 137547

Butterflies Thinlits # 137360

Butterfly Basics Stamp Set # 138816

Cheers to Love Stamp Set # 135374

Sahara Sand Lace Trim # 137866

Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon # 134550

Whisper White Card Stock # 100730

Something Borrowed DSP # 137785

Tag Topper Scalloped Punch # 133324

Crumb Cake Ink Pad # 126975

When cutting the Mini Treat bag you will want to cut two pieces of Something Borrowed DSP. I cut them at 6×6 & 3×6.  When putting them into the bigshot be sure the side you want showing as your pattern for the bag is facing UP. If you use another print make sure your prints are in the same direction and always facing up.

After you put your treat bag together cut off the very top about 1/4 inch. This gives the top of the bag a flat edge. Wrap the top with the lace trim, then satin and again with lace creating 3 total wraps.

Cut the Medium Butterfly from the Butterfly Thinlits on your Whisper White paper.  Stamp the butterfly from the Butterfly Basics stamp set in Crumb Cake ink and run it through the bigshot with the smallest butterfly from the Butterfly Thinlit set.  With a gluedot attach the smaller butterfly to the larger butterfly and then use another gluedot or two to attach it to the bag.

Cut a 2 x 5 1/4 strip of Whisper White Card Stock and use the Tag topper punch to cut the top of it.  Use the Thank you from Cheers to Love stamp set and stamp that in Crumb Cake.  Cut a small section of the satin ribbon and tie it onto your tag.

This should be your finished product.
